Women's Intro to Defensive Pistol May 17TH

WHEN: MAY 17TH 10AM-3PM

This course is designed for beginners with a good grasp on the fundamentals of pistol shooting (safety, stance, grip, trigger squeeze, breathing, sight alignment and sight picture). Intro to Defensive pistol will build upon those fundamentals and introduce drawing from concealment, using cover and concealment, reloads (administrative, tactical and emergency), malfunction clearing and engaging multiple targets. This is still a beginner/intermediate course so don’t feel intimidated if you are still getting comfortable with shooting.

All Firearm Handling pistol courses include a Montana Weapons Training Certificate from a State Certified Firearms Instructor and fulfill the requirements for your Montana Concealed Weapons Permit

Where: Indoor classroom in south Kalispell and Private outdoor range in Somers, MT

What to bring:

-Eye and Ear Protection

-Semi-auto Pistol

-Belt and Holster

-100 Rounds of factory ammunition in the correct caliber for your firearm

-Notebook and something to write with if you’d like to take notes

-Water

-Lunch and snacks

-Appropriate clothing and footwear for the shooting range (no open-toe shoes or v-neck shirts)

**Classes are non-refundable. Classes may be rescheduled due to weather, illness, low registration, natural disaster, etc. If you are unable to make the class for any reason you will have a guaranteed seat in the next available class.
