This course will cover Stop the Bleed with a heavy emphasis on tactical considerations and portions of Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC). In addition to hands-on practice with tourniquets, chest seals and wound packing, students will learn how to effectively transport casualties, body armor and weapon consideration and more. This course is highly recommended prior to attending Defender Lv 1 & Lv 2 as the techniques will be used in various evolutions.
What you will need:
Semi-auto pistol
Carbine with sling
Ammunition: NONE
Sturdy belt
Holster OWB Kydex holster
2x pistol mag carriers
Belt mounted rifle mag carrier and/or plate carrier or chest rig
3 magazines for each platform
Eye and ear protection
Appropriate range attire (no open toe shoes or low-cut shirts)
Hat recommended
Snacks & water
Pen & paper
